We manufacture G.P. Pipe (Also Known as Pre-Galvanized Pipe), and CRC tubes. We are in Pipe/ Steel Tube business since 2009, and we belong to “LILASONS” group of industries, which has its presence since last 4 decades.

CR pipes/ tubes are made from CR coils, which are procured from the well established companies which supply good quality of coils. G.P. tubes are made out of MS Galvanized Coils (SOFT). There are many preventive coatings (natural & synthetic), which are applied.

We at Lilasons are proud of introducing the light weight pipes in the industry. We believe that “Excellence in production is a passion for perfection” and that can be achieved by ability to produce quality product.

In the recent technological innovations & analysis by the experts, it has been proved that pre galvanized sheets are giving very good durability, stability, adherence as well as a longer sustainability without atmospheric corrosion.

2010

Started a Tube Mill , started with ½” and ¾” G.P. pipe

2011

Introduced 0.8 mm thickness pipe in the market , first in the industry for the threading on the material

2012
  • Added 1” , 11/4”, 1/5” , 2” sizes in the GP
2013
  • Added 3” size with GP
  • Purchased delivery truck LPT1613 (10 ton)
2014
  • Introduced 4” pipe in GP with 1.2 mm wall thickness
2015
  • Introduced 2.5” pipe in GP with 1mm wall thickness
  • Introduced furniture grade CRC pipe 2”-3” pipe
2016
  • Installed first CRC tube mill
2017
  • Installed 2 new over head cranes
  • Added all the sizes for the CRC tube mills
2018
  • Installed machines at the work shop
2019
  • Installed First Solid State Welder 150 KW (Latest technology till date)
  • Installed Powder coating plant.
2020
  • This year is the year of COVID Pandemic
  • With the guidance of our mentor Mr. Vinod Kumar Lila, we as a family of the Management, staff, labors have bravely fought with the pandemic, and we have taken care of each other, no lay offs were made, but with slight under-standing and adjustments the year went by.

  • Upgradation of the Powder Coating Plant.
  • Produced INDIA’s First Telescopic pipe for JALA ROD.

  • Online Sleeve Fitting machine is under progress.
  • Started Fitting of parts on the Rods for Broom Industry.
2023

Upgraded the Powder Coating Plant, With conveyor and new Oven Installed.

  • Installed UTM Testing machine, with DFT tester and Cross hatch Adhesion Tester
  • Addition of Floor In Plant
